The website displays a critical error after the donation form is submitted

Hi, as the title suggests, my website is showing a critical error. I manage another website that also has "Donate with Mollie" integrated, and that one works perfectly. When I compare the two, I don't see any differences in the settings. What could be causing this, and what can I do?
